Kyle Becker
Hi everyone, my name is Kyle Becker. I grew up in San Diego, where baseball has been my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up I played for the San Diego Longhorns from 12 all the way to 14. When I got to highschool I moved to TB SoCal during my sophomore and junior years of high school, where I got to compete alongside some incredible talent—including 3 guys who will end up as first-round draft picks this year.
I played 4 years of varsity baseball at Del Norte High School as both an outfielder and a pitcher. My junior year was a big one—I was named to the 2021 All-CIF Baseball Second Team and 1st Team All League, hit .423 with 5 homeruns , and also put up solid numbers on the mound, going 5-2 with a 2.28 ERA and 58 strikeouts. My senior year, I batted .348 with three homers, nine doubles, and 27 RBIs. After that junior season, I committed to play Division I baseball at the University of Nevada, Reno.
